© Greater Saint John Church 2011 - 2013 Message for the New Year This is a command from the Lord that in the Year of 2012, we, the Greater Nation should “Pray for Rain”. The Lord spoke this so clearly in my spirit. The context of this theme is as amazing as the theme itself. On August 23, 2011, just days before Hurricane Irene hit the east coast, the Lord spoke to me during my daily  devotions - “Rain, Pray for Rain”. On August 25th, I informed the staff of the theme for 2012, then on August 27th, the unexpected hurricane entered into our reality. I received the hurricane as confirmation of the direction of the theme. While everyone else was complaining being petulant, about the hurricane, I was dancing and shouting over the  confirmation of the theme. I now commission you to Pray for Rain. Pray that the Lord sends you rain in your life, and that there will be enough nourishment for you and everyone connected to you. When it starts raining in your life, please do not look for an umbrella. This time you want to get soaked and saturated. Pray for Rain and watch the Lord answer your prayer. Leviticus 26:4-6 ⁴then I will give you rain in its season, the land shall yield its produce, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. ⁵Your threshing shall last till the time of vintage, and the vintage shall lastly till the time of sowing; you shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely. ⁶I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and none will make you afraid; I will rid the land of evil beasts, and the sword will not go through your land. Declare: “It Is My Season For Rain”
